Inspections are still being performed, we ask that anyone on an inspection site stay a minimum 6 feet away from County staff per the CDC recommendations. Please check back frequently as this may change. If community spread of the COVID-19 virus takes place in Powhatan, we will likely limit inspections to unoccupied new sites only and not any occupied structure.
We are currently following CDC recommendations while performing both office and site duties. Current reports show that the COVID-19 virus can remain on surfaces up to 3 days. Once items are placed in our drop box, they will be reviewed after 3 business days. We apologize for this delay, but we are taking precautions so that services can continue as best as possible.
There is a check-out maximum of 50 items, but only 10 movies and 10 audiobooks, may be checked out with a library card.
To reserve a room, you will need to use our online request form. If you are having difficulty making the reservation or have any questions about the conference rooms, please contact us at 804-598-5670.
Please note that the Small Conference Room can only be reserved during library hours and that reservations for the Large Conference Room that begin or end outside of library hours will require checking out a key to access the room. No reservations can be made later than two days before the requested date.
Yes. The student is responsible for verifying with their testing institution that PCPL’s proctoring policy is acceptable.
