Ms. Barton is the Treasurer of Powhatan County.
She was elected to this position in January 1, 2000. She is a
constitutional official and is elected to a four-year term by the voters
of Powhatan County. Ms. Barton has worked in the Treasurer's
Office for nine years and under the supervision of the previous two
Treasurers.
Ms. Barton lives in Powhatan with her
husband, Kevin, and their two sons, Hunter and Brian. She enjoys
being able to work in the county and serve its many good people.
