Potato Casserole

 

Ingredients:

  • 1 32-ounce bag hash browns with onions and peppers

  • 1 ½ stick margarine, melted

  • 1 medium onion chopped

 

  • 2 cans cream of chicken soup

  • 12 ounce sour cream

  • 4 cups corn flakes crushed

 

Mix all together except corn flakes and ½ of the butter.  Put in two long flat 8 X 12 dishes and top with the corn flakes after you mix the butter in them.  Bake in 350 degree oven for 1 hour./
