Spicy Frankfurters

 

Ingredients:

  • 1 pound frankfurters

  • 2 tablespoons flour

  • 3 tablespoons water

  • 1 tablespoon sugar

 

  • 1 cup water

  • ¾ cup catsup

  • 1 tablespoon vinegar

  • 1 tablespoon mustard

 

Cut frankfurters in half lengthwise.  Place in skillet.  Combine flour with water add remaining ingredients and pour sauce over franks.  Cover skillet and bring to a boil.  Reduce heat and simmer for 20 minutes.  Serves 4 - 6.
