Jack Barbecue Jack Pots

Ingredients: |

¾
pound ground beef ½
cup barbecue sauce 1
tablespoon minced onion
|
2
tablespoons brown sugar 10-ounce
can flaky biscuits ¾
cup grated cracker barrel cheese
|

Brown
ground beef in frying pan, drain. Add
sauce, onion and brown sugar. Separate
biscuits, press each in a muffin tin up to top of sides.
Spoon meat mixture into each and sprinkle with cheese.
Bake at 400 degrees for ten to fifteen minutes.
Tip: a mixture of 1/3 cup ketchup, 2 tablespoons brown sugar, 1
tablespoon prepared mustard, 1 ½ teaspoons worchestershire sauce may be
substituted for barbecue sauce. Lois May
