1 tablespoon oil
1 cup water
1 cup flour
1/2 cup salt
2 teaspoons cream of tartar

Mix oil and water with a few drops of food coloring, then mix with flour and salt.  Cook for 3 minutes and add cream of tartar.  Knead when cool.  Stays moist if you keep in the refrigerator in closed container.
