Watergate Salad

1 20-ounce can crushed pineapple
1 6-ounce box pistachio instant pudding
2 cups miniature marshmallows
1 8-ounce carton cool whip
1/2 cup crushed pecans

Mix pineapple and pudding together.  Add marshmallows and cool whip.  Mix in some of the nuts and sprinkle the rest on top.  Add candied cherries on top if you like.
