| What a moving
service to remember our Confederate Soldiers who lost
their lives in the Civil War. From the melancholy
of bagpipes playing Amazing Grace ... to the singing of
"Carry Me Back to Old Virginny" by nearly 200
in attendance ... to the presentation of Memorial
Wreaths ... to the thundering out by Ernest Miles to
remember our Heritage and stand Proud ... to the roar of
the cannons ... this was a day to remember ... and a
most delightful service to share with fellow neighbors
who sincerely love those who served for our freedom and
our rights as Americans.
Here you will find the
order of the service and a photo album of the events of
the afternoon. If you would like to have a copy of
these pictures emailed to you - please feel free to send
an email to the address at the bottom of this page.
