The Powhatan County Fair was great fun once again this year!  The children and adults were all smiles for rides, face painting, the petting zoo, entertainment and good ol' cotton candy!  And with a Hot Election coming up, there were many candidates showing their support to the fair as well as sharing their political stand with the community.  The young and the young at heart sure enjoyed cool evenings and much fun!

All the bright colored rides sure made a great visual from Route 60. Even the parents enjoyed the animals! "Come here little donkey ... and let me pet ya" "Not AFLAC ... you silly ... the fair!" Every one loves to get their face painted!
