Ms. Ford is the Commissioner of Revenue for Powhatan County.  Her office assesses real estate, personal property, and business personal property; issues business licenses; processes State income tax returns; accepts and processes applications for Relief for the Elderly and Handicapped and the Land Use Valuation Program; and assists taxpayers with their questions regarding any of the above.
